Neither Cloudfabrica nor Quantuza Technologies (Pvt) Ltd makes any guarantee regarding the reliability, performance, or suitability of the Services or any individual product or module within the suite.
You understand and agree that your use of any part of the Services is at your sole risk. We assume no responsibility for delays, errors, misdeliveries, or the failure to store any user data or communications across different modules or components.
You are responsible for securing your own access to the internet and for any third-party charges incurred (such as ISP or mobile data costs). You are also solely responsible for your conduct while using the Services, including any data you provide, content you submit, or actions you perform, and for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to export control laws.

About Cloudfabrica
Cloudfabrica is a modular platform comprising multiple software products that facilitate digital transformation, including but not limited to identity and access management, loyalty systems, catalog and item management, and more. All Cloudfabrica modules and services are proprietary products developed and maintained by Quantuza Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a private limited company registered under the laws of Sri Lanka.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on your behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law or your country or state of residence.
You agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
The failure of Quantuza Technologies (Pvt) Ltd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect as closely as possible the original intent of the parties.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantuza Technologies (Pvt) Ltd with respect to your use of the Cloudfabrica Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page unless stated otherwise. We may, at our discretion, notify you of material changes via email or through the platform, but are not obligated to do so.
